Building New Homes and Townhomes in DuPage County

Airhart Construction is proud to be building new homes and townhomes throughout DuPage County since 1964. For more than 50 years, we’ve made it our practice to:

  • Listen to our clients’ needs and deliver on their desires,
  • Provide creative solutions,
  • Construct top quality homes,
  • Offer first-rate personal attention,
  • Remain committed to being attentive and responsive to our clients after they move into their new home.

We incorporate many superior energy saving construction standards and sustainable practices in every new home and townhome we build. In addition to our outstanding architecture, we feature 2×6 walls, Nu-Wool Cellulose insulation, custom cabinetry, granite counter tops, oak floors, wood trim with panel doors and low-e windows as standard features in most of our homes. In addition, every home is tested by a third party energy rater to ensure the homes we build are some of the most energy-efficient homes in the industry.

Please contact Christy Whelan or Bill Whelan at 630-293-3000 for further details on building a new home or townhome in one of our communities, building a custom home on your lot, or to receive information on lots available in Dupage County or the surrounding area.
