Now, with the Connected Home Package (CHP), you also can choose advanced smart home technology to be integrated into the design. This technology focuses on the control of access and the central system of the home. The Connected Home Package has four essential features:

The CHP includes installation, but the individual homeowner must set up each app and connect to your Wi-Fi system.
Ring Video Doorbell Pro
Answer the door from the comfort of the kitchen, bath, backyard, or even your office. The Ring Video Doorbell Pro features HD video plus two-way talk, so you can see and talk on your phone to the person at your front door. Compatible with iOS, Android, Mac, Windows 10 Devices, and even some Alexa products, this home smart tech is a must-have. The Ring Video Doorbell Pro also is motion-activated, sending alerts to your phone even if the doorbell isn’t rung. It’s hard-wired, so never worry about low or no battery.
Schlage Sense Deadbolt
Forgot your key? No problem—the Schlage Sense Deadbolt opens with an access code. You can even open the door using Bluetooth smart tech if you’re not there. This makes it easy to let a neighbor in to check on pets while away on vacation or to unlock the door for your child after school. For additional security, there’s a built-in alarm that triggers if it senses a potential door attack.
The Schlage Sense Deadbolt is battery-operated, so the device still accepts the access code during power outages. It comes with a Century handle-set, attractive satin nickel finish, and Wi-Fi adapter. It features compatible connectivity to Android and iPhones as well as other Apple and Alexa products.
Ecobee3 Lite Thermostat
Smart thermostats have the ability to help any homeowner maximize energy savings and even lower their carbon footprint. The Ecobee3 learns your schedule and adjusts temperature to your comfort preferences. You also can manually adjust using a smartphone, whether at home or away. Set it for maximum energy savings in vacation mode, but when en route home, use your phone to adjust the settings so the home feels perfect when you return. The Ecobee3 Lite connects to the Apple Home Kit and Alexa products.

How many times have you turned around and driven back home to make sure the garage door was closed? The Lift Master garage door opener uses Wi-Fi connectivity, allowing you to control and monitor the garage door status from mobile devices. This smart tech also provides real-time alerts for the door’s status, so even if you think you shut it, you’ll know if it’s still open. It connects to the Apple Home Kit, Google Assistant, Xfinity Home, and Alexa products.
