Energy Recovery Ventilation

At Airhart Construction, indoor air quality and energy efficiency are some of our highest priorities.  In this video, Court Airhart, President of Airhart Construction, explains the benefits of the Broan ERV (Energy Recovery Ventilation) system.  This system brings fresh air into your home in an energy efficient maner. The fresh air is treated using the temperature of stale air exiting the house to bring down (or up, depending on the season), the temperature of incoming fresh air.  This reduces the work that your furnace needs to do, saving you energy and money.  In addition, this system balances the air in your home; air coming out is automatically balanced by fresh air coming in, and vice versa.  Overall, the Broan ERV system levels up your home’s air quality and comfort, while also increasing energy efficiency.
