Family-owned builder uses team approach

Building a Custom Single family home, Ranch home or Townhome with Airhart Construction Service is the Key to Success.

For more than 45 years, Airhart Construction has been building exceptional homes for discriminating homeowners. Known for its superior quality, innovative designs, and award-winning craftsmanship, the Airhart team integrates a service-oriented approach in every project. At the heart of this family-owned and operated business remains an unwavering commitment to customers.

“I consider Airhart Construction a service-driven company,” says Christy Whelan, Director of Sales for Airhart Construction. “We are not simply producing homes, but providing a service to our customers when we work with them on their new home and planning for how they will live in their new home.”

To ensure such a high-level of customer service throughout the building process, Airhart Construction has developed a team approach. This team, including an in house architect, a construction representative that works with clients during construction handling any questions or concerns, head superintendents with experience, as well as full time service for once the customer moves in.

“Our customers come first. It’s as simple as that,” adds Whelan. “Because of this, we are always looking for ways to help keep our customers well-informed throughout the various phases of construction.”

As a result, all Airhart customers receive a Homeowner Construction Manual that provides information on every facet of the building process. Customers also receive a portfolio after they have moved into their home that gives them helpful information on all of the products in their home, copies of all blueprints and landscaping plans, as well as tips on how to care for their new home.

To top it off, as an Energy Star Partner, Airhart Construction demonstrates its commitment to its customers through its well-designed and energy efficient homes now and for years to come. Each home is independently inspected and rated. A report is provided to show the HERS Index score, an air leakage report, an Energy Star Rating Certificate with an estimated annual energy cost, and an Energy Star Home verification summary.

Airhart Construction is currently offering custom and semi-custom homes at Radcliff Ridge in Lisle (Naperville 203 Schools), The Reserve of St. Charles, The Reserve of Prince Crossing Farm in West Chicago, Stoddard Avenue in Wheaton, Woodland Oaks in unincorporated Wheaton, Walnut Court in Woodridge, and at Fisher Farm in Winfield (Wheaton 200 Schools). In addition, in Wheaton Airhart Construction is offering town homes at Blanchard Court, Georgian style row homes at Courthouse Square in the downtown area, and traditional brick town homes at Mackenzie Place.
