Airhart Construction Adds Communities in Prime West Suburban Locations

Airhart Construction Continues to Add New Homes in highly sought-after locations throughout Chicago’s Western Suburbs

March 28, 2018 – For more than 50 years, Airhart Construction has worked to create quality homes in communities that offer homeowners easy access to local amenities, trains, major roads and schools. With five communities established in four different Chicagoland cities and many off-site lots to choose from, Airhart Construction is the region’s go-to builder for single-family residences, cottages, ranch homes, and townhomes.

Warrenville: Stafford Place

Stafford Place in Warrenville is Airhart’s newest community. Location is key for this new home community. Residents are minutes from Interstate 88 and less than 35 miles from the Loop giving them easy access to the best of Chicagoland. Yet Stafford Place is quietly nestled near an array of forest preserves, parks and outdoor amenities. The community itself is in central Warrenville, next to the public library and one block from the Warrenville Park District recreation center. It’s across the street from the Illinois Prairie Path and within walking distance of City Hall and the Forest Preserve.

About 13,000 living in Warrenville, an active town that hosts many events, easily accessible to Stafford Place residents. These range from the annual Summer Daze celebration in August to Holly Days in December.

Construction is currently underway at Stafford Place and reservations are now available. The community offers low-maintenance single-family cottage homes with two to three bedrooms and garden homes with first floor master bedrooms.

Lombard: Park Place

The new community of Park Place is located one block off Main Street on the edge of downtown Lombard, a western suburb less than 25 miles from Chicago. Park Place residents enjoy easy proximity to city parks, public schools, and Interstate 355. From Park Place it’s a short walk to the Metra Train Station, the Pace Bus route, the public library, and Lilacia Park.

The Lombard Town Centre is only 2 short blocks from Park Place, the city’s thriving downtown is home to a selection of restaurants, shops, and businesses. Throughout the year, Park Place homeowners can walk to Lombard Town Centre and enjoy annual events like the Jingle Bell Jubilee in December, the Lilac Parade in May, and German Fest in July.

Park Place is near completion with only three homes left, one home is available to tour and ready for immediate occupancy. This new community features distinctive cottage homes, designed for townhouse-style living but without the attached walls. These energy-efficient homes are available in a variety of floor plan options that include two or three bedrooms, two-car garage, and design flexibility.

Wheaton: Courthouse Square

Discover luxury Georgian Row-style townhomes in the Courthouse Square community of Wheaton. It’s located east of Main Street in the heart of Downtown Wheaton, only blocks from the Metra Station and minutes from Roosevelt Road and Interstate 355. Wheaton College sits a few blocks to the north of Courthouse Square.

The community’s prime location makes it convenient for homeowners to walk to a variety of restaurants, shops, and public transportation. It’s walkable to the public library, Adams Park, and the Illinois Prairie Path acts as Courthouse Square’s northern border. The Illinois Prairie Path is a multi-use, public nature trail that spans 61 miles throughout DuPage, Cook, and Kane counties.

The homes of Courthouse Square are nestled amid a park-like setting with lushly landscaped courtyards. The elegance continues within the homes’ interiors— nine-foot ceilings, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and custom furniture-grade cabinetry are just the beginning. These homes also have a two-car garage, paver patios, and private courtyard patios. Only a few homes remain, now is the time to come home to Courthouse Square.

Wheaton: Wesley Place

When location is key, Wesley Place in Wheaton is the answer. On the western edge of Downtown Wheaton, this recently opened Airhart community features spacious, low-maintenance single family homes within walking distance of, Memorial Park, the Post Office and dozens of places to eat—from crepes to sushi and traditional Chicago-style pizza. A downtown community like Wesley Place makes it easy to leave the car at home. Residents can walk to the public library, various shops and businesses, plus access the Illinois Prairie Path for hiking, jogging, or biking.

The homes at Wesley Place offer a wide array of custom options and each home provides a unique private patio retreat for homeowners. These homes have options that include a screened porch, private backyard, and an outdoor fireplace. An HOA handles landscape maintenance and snow removal, ideal during Chicagoland winters.

Winfield: Fisher Farm

The charming west suburban town of Winfield neighbors both Wheaton and Glen Ellyn. The Fisher Farm community is adjacent to the Klein Creek Golf Course and is south of North Avenue. The location provides commuters with easy access to transportation hubs like the Union Pacific West, a convenient way to travel into Chicago. Interstates 355 and 88 (the East-West Tollway) are minutes from Fisher Farm as well.

Residents of Fisher Farm can walk to several local amenities including the Great Western Trail. The trail runs for 12 miles throughout DuPage County, a popular route for joggers, walkers, and bikers.

Fisher Farm homes include both ranch styles and two-story constructions with first-floor master bedrooms and attached garages. The spacious designs feature open floor plans with gourmet-style kitchens, luxury baths, and a private patio or deck.
